Fall Sessions

  • Wild Garden Workshop

    This six week course is for beginners and experienced gardeners, alike. We will dive into the science behind ecological gardening, as well as fundamentals of perennial garden design. Part lecture, discussion, and hands-on workshop, participants will gain:

    -An enhanced understanding of plants, creatures, and ecology

    -Familiarity with many of the best native plants for specific site conditions

    -Ecological garden design principles

    -And importantly, a plan for creating their own wonder-filled wild garden at home.

    The classes will be held at the Rices Mills Community Center, in Thetford, VT.

    Friday session:

    9am - 12pm October 18th through November 22nd


    Saturday session:

    9am - 12pm October 19th through November 23rd

    Class size 8-15 participants

    Course cost $160, sliding scale available
